服務內容

BibleDiary 提供日記記錄、每日經文、經文桌布製作、聖經經文閱讀與收藏，以及讀經計畫追蹤。資料如何被儲存與傳送，請參閱隱私權政策。

帳號

部分功能（如跨裝置同步與購買權益同步）需要使用 Google 或 Apple 帳號登入。你需對登入裝置與帳號的安全性負責。

使用者內容

你在日記中撰寫的文字、附加的照片與錄音、匯出的備份檔案與年度回顧書，所有權與責任仍歸你所有。

付費與付款

BibleDiary Plus 提供三種方案，透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 完成購買與計費：年訂 NT$590（US$29.99）含 7 天免費試用，月訂 NT$120（US$4.99）沒有試用，買斷 NT$1,490（US$59.99）是一次性的付款。其他地區的價格由商店依地區顯示，實際價格以商店顯示為準。Plus 包含每天一張新的鎖定畫面、全部底圖與每月新的插畫系列，以及年度回顧書（PDF，可選整年、單月或自訂日期區間，免費版可預覽前 6 頁；只提供數位檔，不提供印刷）。免費版可以手動挑圖匯出桌布，並提供一組精選的底圖；用自己的照片做桌布與全部字體也屬於免費功能。

• 免費試用：年訂方案提供 7 天免費試用，月訂與買斷沒有試用。試用結束前至少 24 小時取消，就不會被扣款；沒有取消，試用結束時會自動轉為年訂並開始計費。
• 自動續訂：年訂與月訂會在每個週期結束時自動續訂並扣款，除非你在目前週期結束前至少 24 小時取消。續訂費用會在週期結束前 24 小時內從你的 Apple ID 或 Google 帳號扣款。
• 取消方式：在 App Store（設定 → 你的 Apple ID → 訂閱）或 Google Play（Play 商店 → 個人資料 → 付款與訂閱 → 訂閱）管理並取消。取消後可以使用到目前已付費的週期結束。刪除 BibleDiary 帳號或移除 App 不會取消訂閱，必須在商店取消。
• 買斷：付一次款，之後不再扣款，權益留在你的商店帳號上。
• 恢復購買：換手機或重新安裝時，在 App 內按「恢復購買」即可取回你的權益。
• 扣款與退款：所有款項由 Apple 或 Google 收取與處理。退款依 Apple 與 Google 的條款與政策辦理，我們無法直接退款，請向對應的商店提出申請。
• 在舊版付費條款下購買的人權益不受影響，管理方式仍在原本的商店帳號設定裡。

購買驗證與權益同步由 RevenueCat 協助處理，詳見隱私權政策。

經文內容

App 內收錄的聖經經文（含中文和合本、英文 KJV、西班牙文 Reina-Valera 1909 與葡萄牙文 Bíblia Livre）來源於公版或授權可用的文本；App 顯示的經文（包括每日經文與桌布上的經文）都取自這份經文資料，不會生成或改寫經文本身的文字。

我們可能因維運、成本控管或功能調整，修改、暫停或終止部分或全部服務（包含跨裝置同步），並會盡力提前於 App 內告知重大變更。裝置本機的日記資料不受服務終止影響。

免責聲明

責任限制

Welcome to BibleDiary (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these terms. The App is developed and operated by BibleDiary, contact contact@biblediary.app.

The service

BibleDiary provides journaling, a daily verse, verse wallpapers, Bible reading with bookmarks, and reading-plan tracking. See the Privacy Policy for how data is stored and transmitted.

Accounts

Some features (cross-device sync and purchase entitlements) require signing in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for the security of your signed-in devices and account.

Your content

You retain ownership of and responsibility for the text you write in your journal, the photos and voice notes you attach, exported backup files, and year books.

Purchases and billing

BibleDiary Plus has three plans, bought and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play: yearly at US$29.99 (NT$590 in Taiwan) with a 7-day free trial, monthly at US$4.99 (NT$120) without a trial, and a one-time purchase at US$59.99 (NT$1,490). Prices in other regions are shown by the store for your region, and the price the store shows is the one that applies. Plus includes a new lock screen every day, every background and each month’s new illustration series, and the year book (a PDF of a full year, a single month or a date range you choose; the free tier previews the first 6 pages; digital only, with no printing). The free tier lets you pick and save wallpapers yourself and includes a selection of backgrounds; wallpapers from your own photos and every typeface are free too.

• Free trial: the yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial; the monthly plan and the one-time purchase have none. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you are not charged; if you do not, the trial turns into a paid yearly subscription when it ends.
• Automatic renewal: yearly and monthly plans renew automatically at the end of each period and are charged to your Apple ID or Google account, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• How to cancel: manage and cancel in the App Store (Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your BibleDiary account or removing the app does not cancel a subscription; you must cancel it in the store.
• One-time purchase: you pay once and are not charged again; the entitlement stays with your store account.
• Restore purchases: tap Restore Purchases in the app on a new phone or after reinstalling to get your entitlement back.
• Billing and refunds: Apple or Google collects and processes all payments. Refunds follow the terms and policies of Apple and Google; we cannot issue them directly, so please request one from the store.
• Anyone who paid under earlier terms keeps their access, still managed in their store account settings.

Scripture content

Bible text included in the app (Chinese CUV, English KJV, Spanish Reina-Valera 1909 and Portuguese Bíblia Livre) comes from public-domain or licensed sources. Every verse the App shows (including the daily verse and verses on wallpapers) comes from this text; the App does not generate or alter the scripture text itself.

Prohibited use

• Do not circumvent or interfere with the App's security mechanisms.
• Do not use the App for any purpose that violates applicable law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the App's backend services.

Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue part or all of the service (including cross-device sync) for operational, cost, or product reasons, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in-app of material changes. Local journal data on your device is not affected by service termination.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will update the date above. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
