刪除帳號與資料
你可以直接在 App 內刪除帳號：
- 開啟 BibleDiary，進入「設定」→「帳號」。
- 選擇「刪除帳號」，並依畫面指示確認。
- 刪除後，我們伺服器上這個帳號的加密同步資料和你的登入帳號會被移除，這台裝置上屬於這個帳號的日記、收藏、讀經計畫、照片與錄音也會一起刪除，無法復原。想保留的話，請先在「設定」→「備份」匯出加密備份。
若你的裝置目前無法使用 App，也可以寄信到 contact@biblediary.app 提出刪除帳號的請求，我們會協助處理並確認身分。
沒有登入時寫下的日記不屬於任何帳號，解除安裝 App 或在裝置設定中清除 App 資料就會移除。
提醒：刪除帳號不會取消訂閱，也不會影響你在 App Store 或 Google Play 已完成的購買。要停止續訂，需要到 App Store 或 Google Play 的訂閱管理取消；換手機後，在 App 內按「恢復購買」就能取回 Plus。
常見問題
我的日記安全嗎？
日記預設加密儲存在你的裝置上，只有在你主動開啟跨裝置同步時才會以加密形式備份到雲端；詳見隱私權政策。
我寫的日記會被送出去嗎？
不會自動送出。App 不會把日記文字以明文上傳，附的照片和錄音也不會上傳。開啟跨裝置同步時，上傳的也只有加密後的內容，加密金鑰不會上傳。唯一的例外由你決定：你匯出的年度回顧書 PDF 裡，日記文字與經文是明文，也可能包含附的照片；它只會去到你儲存或分享的地方，我們不會收到。
BibleDiary Plus 有哪些方案？買到什麼？
Plus 有三種方案：年訂 NT$590（US$29.99）含 7 天免費試用，月訂 NT$120（US$4.99）沒有試用，買斷 NT$1,490（US$59.99）付一次就一直可以用。其他地區的價格由 App Store 或 Google Play 依地區顯示。Plus 包含每天一張新的鎖定畫面、全部底圖與每月新的插畫系列，以及年度回顧書（PDF，可選整年、單月或自訂日期區間，免費版可先預覽 6 頁；只有數位檔，不提供印刷）。手動挑圖匯出桌布、自己的照片、一組精選底圖和全部字體，免費就能用。
怎麼取消訂閱或免費試用？
年訂與月訂會在到期時自動續訂，除非你在期末前至少 24 小時取消；試用結束前至少 24 小時取消，就不會被扣款。取消要到商店進行：在 iPhone 開啟「設定」→ 點你的 Apple ID → 「訂閱」；在 Android 開啟 Play 商店 → 個人資料 → 「付款與訂閱」→ 「訂閱」，選擇 BibleDiary 後取消。取消後可以使用到目前已付費的週期結束。退款依 Apple 與 Google 的條款與政策辦理，請向對應的商店申請。
換手機後，Plus 要怎麼取回？
登入同一個 Apple 或 Google 帳號，在 App 內按「恢復購買」，訂閱和買斷的權益都會回來。
我很早就裝了 BibleDiary，每天自動換桌布還要付費嗎？
在 Plus 推出訂閱之前就已經安裝 BibleDiary 的使用者，每天自動換桌布的功能維持免費，不需要訂閱。
忘記備份密碼怎麼辦？
匯出的備份檔案以你自訂的密碼加密，我們沒有辦法取得或重設這個密碼，遺失密碼將無法還原該份備份檔案的內容。

Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account directly in the app:
- Open BibleDiary, go to Settings → Account.
- Choose "Delete Account" and confirm on the next screen.
- Once deleted, the account's encrypted sync data and your sign-in account are removed from our servers, and the entries, bookmarks, reading plans, photos and voice notes that belong to the account are deleted from this device too. This cannot be undone. To keep them, export an encrypted backup first in Settings → Backup.
If you can't access the app on your device, you may also email contact@biblediary.app to request account deletion; we will verify your identity and help process it.
Entries written while not signed in belong to no account; uninstalling the app or clearing its data in your device settings removes them.
Note: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, and it does not affect a purchase you already made in the App Store or Google Play. To stop renewal, cancel in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play; on a new phone, tap Restore Purchases in the app to get Plus back.
FAQ
Is my journal secure?
Journal entries are encrypted and stored on your device by default, and are only backed up to the cloud, encrypted, if you explicitly enable cross-device sync. See the Privacy Policy.
Is anything I write sent anywhere?
Not by the app. The app never uploads your journal text in readable form, and attached photos and voice notes are never uploaded. If you turn on cross-device sync, only encrypted content is uploaded, and the encryption key is never uploaded. The one exception is yours to make: a year book PDF you export holds your journal text and verses in readable form and can include attached photos; it goes only where you save or share it, and we never receive it.
What are the Plus plans, and what does Plus include?
Plus has three plans: yearly at US$29.99 (NT$590 in Taiwan) with a 7-day free trial, monthly at US$4.99 (NT$120) without a trial, and a one-time purchase at US$59.99 (NT$1,490) that you pay for once. The App Store or Google Play shows the price for your region. Plus includes a new lock screen every day, every background and each month’s new illustration series, and the Year book (a PDF of a full year, a single month or a date range you choose; the free version previews 6 pages; digital only, with no printing). Picking a wallpaper and saving it yourself, your own photos, a selection of backgrounds and every typeface (six Chinese, two English) are free.
How do I cancel a subscription or the free trial?
Yearly and monthly plans renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you are not charged. You cancel in the store: on iPhone, open Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android, open the Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, then choose BibleDiary and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds follow the terms and policies of Apple and Google, so please request one from the store.
How do I get Plus back on a new phone?
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account and tap Restore Purchases in the app; both subscriptions and the one-time purchase come back.
I installed BibleDiary a long time ago. Do I still pay for the daily automatic wallpaper?
If you had BibleDiary installed before Plus subscriptions were introduced, the daily automatic wallpaper stays free for you and you do not need a subscription.
I forgot my backup password.
Exported backup files are encrypted with a password you choose. We have no way to retrieve or reset it — losing the password means that backup file's contents cannot be recovered.
